The first release of its Yarra Valley Cab Sauvignon in 2000 saw it show great signs of a typical cool climate wine with elegant, great structure, amazing colour and complex enough to stand the test of time. Today the experts say it tastes like ‘pure silk'.

The Mander's family's popular café not only bakes mouth watering Devonshire scones with jam and cream, but has a wide range of lavender products (including fresh pots) which make excellent gifts.
