Seville Hill blends together grapes grown in the rich red volcanic soils of their property to produce award winning Cab-Sav, Merlot and Chardonnay cool climate regional wines. Fine wine buffs would describe them as soft, smooth classic selections with a hint of oak that create great tasting pleasure.

This winery claims to produce the Valley's best Cabernet Sauvignon. Nestled in a natural amphitheatre above Seville it produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The first release of its Yarra Valley Cab Sauvignon in 2000 saw it show great signs of a typical cool climate wine with elegant, great structure, amazing colour and complex enough to stand the test of time. Today the experts say it tastes like ‘pure silk'.

Set amidst a picturesque cool-climate vineyard with valley views, this unique Age Food Guide rated restaurant extends a warm welcome to cyclists. It showcases the region's seasonal produce, has excellent accommodation and also a cellar door to discover the estate's renowned reds and whites.

As you head through this small township, this is a recommended stop for a breather perhaps for an ice cream, cool drink, a well crafted coffee or a more filling toasted focaccia.

Just a short 15 minute pedal off the Trail past Rustic Charm cafe and up Quale Rd, this simply delightful colourful farm will fill and delight your senses. Fields of beautiful lavender stretch as far as the eye can see and provide a memorable ‘Kodak' moment. The Mander's family's popular café not only bakes mouth watering Devonshire scones with jam and cream, but has a wide range of lavender products (including fresh pots) which make excellent gifts.

The Trail run's right behind the pub's back door and mine host Colin Doughty always has the ‘welcome mat' out for cyclists to stop off for a refreshing ale in the beer garden and a country style ‘counter' meal. With 32 rooms including 12 doubles, Colin will go out of his way to accommodate couples, groups and tour parties and he will give you plenty of advice on how to tackle the new Aqueduct trail, enjoy a game of golf or where to discover Warburton's gastro delights.

Famous on the trail for their delicious freshly baked muffins, delicious lunches and fair trade organic coffee. A visit here is a a must do on the Warby end of the trail located about 50m shy of the old Warburton train station site.They also hire comfort bikes together with kid's trailer pods, and tag-a-longs. There is good parking nearby.

At the top end of the Warby Trail this amazing semi- secluded bush retreat set beside a flowing creek can pamper your every taste with a choice of four individually designed timber crafted interiors. Choose from the Rose Cottage with its heart shaped Queen size bed to the Music Room Cottage with its imposing four poster bed and snug living room complete with a log fire, kitchen and deep restful lounges.

Recommended by cyclist groups such as the Eastern Vets as Warburton's ‘go to café' for a warm friendly welcome and a very good coffee. If you need warming up, their popular Boscastle gourmet beef gourmet pie will do it ‘hand down'.

The hardest decision you will have make when you visit Liz and Mick's pink saloon is which of their exceptionally delicious 24 flavours of Alpine Ice cream you want scoped in to a cone! Kids will adore this treat, and we bet you won't be able to wipe the smile off your face either.

Situated in the Yarra Junction Shopping Centre's bustling Arcade, Tazmin and her passionate team have simply the best coffee in town which comes with a tempting selection of home baked pastries and treats.

These romantic but well equipped riverside cottages can sleep up to four are so close to the River you can hear its gurgling waters. They are operated by well known ABC and FM radio presenter Tracy Bartram and David Missingham. They delight on having a gourmet basket of local produce waiting in your room upon your arrival to enjoy at breakfast the next morning.

This 100 year old former historic Cobb & Co ticketing office is perhaps the town's most authentic heritage building, reflecting the march of time. Today its Dianne Pringle's handmade olive oil soaps shop, which are a perfect gift to pamper yourself or give to someone special! 

Smack in the centre of town, this buzzy hi-octane cafe exudes style and a serious passion behind the range of gourmet delights it presents, such as the yummy tomato and basil bruschetta with salad or chips (or both!).
