Shipping

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post

• Orders can be expected to arrive at your delivery address within 5 to 7 working days


• Note that the shipping times indicated on the Australia Post calculator do not take into account the 1 to 2 days required to process your PayPal payment and the time required to package and ship your order. Payments via cheque may take a week or more to clear. If you require an urgent delivery (such as courier or Express Post) please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you

Returns

Change of Mind
If you are unhappy with your purchase then we will gladly refund your money (within 14 days of the initial delivery). Please send your order back to us (at your expense and in its original condition) and we will refund your account within 14 days.
Damaged Goods
If any item(s) you have received has a production fault or has been damaged in transit please call or email us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible. We will also include a pre-paid post satchel in which to send us back the faulty or damaged item(s). When contacting us please help speed up processing by indicating the original order number, the book title and whether it is a production fault or has been damaged in transit.
